In addition to the two Strindheim teams, 35 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 17 - born 2001 - 11 aside. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Strindheim IL 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Havdur, IL, Sandviken, IL and Tynset IF.

Strindheim IL 2 continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Steinkjer FK with 1-3. In the Final, Steinkjer FK won over Bergen Nord, FK Bergen Nord and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 17 - born 2001 - 11 aside.

Strindheim IL also participated in R - Girls 11-aside, 15/16 years during Norway Cup 2017. They won Playoff A, after beating Giv Akt, IL Spangereid/GivAkt in the final with 3-0.
