In addition to MSIL, 53 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof MSIL could be found in Group 4 together with Austrheim IL, JFV Harlingerland and Kvaløya SK.

MSIL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tus Felde with 0-1. In the Final, Hafslo IL won over Tornado Måløy FK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside.
