They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Falkeid IL Falkeid/Kolnes could be found in Group 4 together with Nordhordland BK ENK J19- 1, Whatcom Football Club Rangers, Modum FK and Røa Fotball Elite.

Falkeid IL Falkeid/Kolnes continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alvdal IL with 1-2. In the Final, Sandviken, IL won over Oppsal IF Fotball and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 18/19 - born 1999 - 11aside.
