In addition to Sotra Sportsklubb, 29 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 18/19 - born 1999 - 11aside. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Sotra Sportsklubb could be found in Group 1 together with Lier IL, Hommelvik IL and IFK Göteborg.
Sotra Sportsklubb continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sandviken, IL with 1-2.
