In addition to KIL/Hemne Fotball, 77 other teams from 7 different countries played in Boys 18/19 - born 1999 - 11 aside. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof KIL/Hemne Fotball could be found in Group 2 together with Hønefoss BK, Radøy/Manger FK, Stålkameratene, IL - Fotball and Dombås / Lesja.

KIL/Hemne Fotball continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Melhus IL with 0-2. In the Final, Melhus IL won over Egge IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 18/19 - born 1999 - 11 aside.

KIL/Hemne Fotball also participated in A - Boys 11-aside,18/19 years during Norway Cup 2017. They reached the final in Playoff B, but lost it against Bergsøy IL with 0-1 and ended up in second place.
