Roterud IL was one of 494 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Norway Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 16 - born 2002 - 11 aside.

In addition to Roterud IL, 122 other teams from 7 different countries played in Boys 16 - born 2002 - 11 aside. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Roterud IL could be found in Group 9 together with Haugar, SK, Ullensaker/Kisa Fotball 2002 and Skeid.

Roterud IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Surnadal IL Surnadal/Søya/Todalen with 2-4. In the Final, Hødd, IL - Fotball won over Charlottenlund SK 1 and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 16 - born 2002 - 11 aside.

Roterud IL also participated in B - Boys 11-aside, 15/16 years during Norway Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B Playoff A, but lost it against Minde IL /Kringlebotn with 0-1.

Roterud comes from Lillehammer which lies approximately 130 km from Oslo, where Norway Cup takes place. The area around Lillehammer does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Norway Cup 2018 (Moelven IL, Brumunddal Fotball, Øyer-Tretten IF, Vind IL, Biri IL, Lillehammer Fotballklubb, Gjøvik-Lyn, FK, Åsmarka IL and Torpa IL).
