In addition to Nesodden IF, 56 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Nesodden IF could be found in Group 7 together with Elverum Fotball sort, IL Bjørn and Emblem IL.

Nesodden IF continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Uskedal IL with 1-5. In the Final, Uskedal IL won over Skodje IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside.
