In addition to the two Bækkelagets SK teams, 68 other teams played in Girls 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Bækkelagets SK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Gaular IL 2, Snøgg Fotball and Lyngbø SK.

Bækkelagets SK 1 continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tromsø IL with 0-8. In the Final, Årvoll IL won over Kolbotn IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside.
