In addition to IL Bjørn, 56 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof IL Bjørn could be found in Group 7 together with Elverum Fotball sort, Nesodden IF and Emblem IL.

IL Bjørn continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Vanylven FK with 0-6. In the Final, Lyn Fotball 1 won over Blindheim IL and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 14 - born 2004 - 7 aside.
