In addition to Tiller IL, 29 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 18/19 - born 1999 - 11aside. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Tiller IL could be found in Group 3 together with Haramsøy/Nordøy FK HaNo Ravn fk, KFUM-Kam. Oslo and Eikelandsfjorden IL.
Tiller IL made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Stord Fotball Stord with 0-1. Thereby Tiller IL finished second in G19 Playoff A during Norway Cup 2018. Tiller IL also participated in Q - Girls 11-aside, 18/19 years during Norway Cup 2017.
