In addition to Førde IL, 53 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Førde IL could be found in Group 9 together with Sandnessjøen IL, Håkvik IL 2 and Ellingsøy IL.

Førde IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Batnfjord IL with 1-3. In the Final, Hafslo IL won over Tornado Måløy FK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside.
