In addition to Lørenskog, 69 other teams played in Girls 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Lørenskog could be found in Group 14 together with Tornado Måløy FK, Norddal/Eidsdal/Geiranger FK and Odda FK.

Lørenskog continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sykkylven IL - Fotball with 0-1. In the Final, Blindheim IL won over Hareid IL and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside.
