Hasle-Løren IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Jerusalem Girls with 1-2. In the Final, Modum Fotballklubb FK U13 won over Nesodden IF and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 13 - born 2006 - 9 aside.
