In addition to Ølen IL - fotballgr., 54 other teams played in Boys 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Ølen IL - fotballgr. could be found in Group 1 together with Kjelsås IL, Bryn / Bud 2, Rosendal TL and Tjørvåg IL /Mil/Gil.

Ølen IL - fotballgr. continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Langevåg IL - Fotball with 2-4. In the Final, Vanylven Fotballklubb 1 won over Nesodden IF lag 5 and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside.

Ølen IL - fotballgr. also participated in Boys 15 - born 2003- 11 aside during Norway Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 Playoff B, but lost it against Mjølner, FK with 4-5.
