In addition to Porsanger IL, 51 other teams played in Girls 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Porsanger IL could be found in Group 4 together with Sjetne IL, Bjerkvik IF Bjerkvik/Gratangen and Bergsøy IL - Fotball.

Porsanger IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kautokeino IL with 6-7. In the Final, Høybråten og Stovner IL won over Grüner Fotball IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside.
