In addition to Alvdal IL, 42 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 17 - born 2002 - 11 aside. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Alvdal IL could be found in Group 8 together with Ullensaker/Kisa, Seleccion Elite and Bærum SK.
Alvdal IL continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Nordre Land IL / Torpa with 1-2. In the Final, Sotra Sportsklubb J17 won over Ranheim IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 17 - born 2002 - 11 aside. Alvdal IL also participated in Girls 15/16 - born 2002 - 7 aside during Norway Cup 2018.
