In addition to Herd, Spk., 117 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 16 - born 2003 - 11 aside. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Herd, Spk. could be found in Group 12 together with IL Bjørn, Koppang FK /Rendalen and Kvernbit, IL.

Herd, Spk. made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Vigør, FK with 1-2. Thereby Herd, Spk. finished second in B16 Playoff A during Norway Cup 2019.
