In addition to the two Herd, Spk. teams, 47 other teams played in Girls 16 - born 2003- 11 aside. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Herd, Spk. Herd2/Spjelkavik could be found in Group 2 together with HIF/Stein 1, Gimletroll, IK-Fotball and Bremnes IL.

Herd, Spk. Herd2/Spjelkavik continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Nordreisa Idrettslag with 0-3. In the Final, Gimletroll, IK-Fotball won over Sogndal IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 16 - born 2003- 11 aside.
