Silver medal! Reached second place in Playoff B

In addition to Sogndal IL, 48 other teams played in Girls 16 - born 2003- 11 aside. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Sogndal IL could be found in Group 10 together with Lambertseter IF, Nord, SK - Fotball, Sykkylven IL - Fotball /FK Sykkylven and Surnadal IL.

Sogndal IL made it to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 10. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Gimletroll, IK-Fotball with 0-1. Thereby Sogndal IL finished second in G16 Playoff B during Norway Cup 2019.
