In addition to Frei FK, 54 other teams played in Boys 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Frei FK could be found in Group 7 together with Balestrand IL, Torpa IL and Norild IL.

Frei FK continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Oppsal IF Fotball with 0-7. In the Final, München Bogenhausen SC won over Oppsal IF Fotball and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15/16 - born 2003 - 7 aside.
