In addition to KFUM-Kam. Oslo, 48 other teams played in Girls 16 - born 2003- 11 aside. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof KFUM-Kam. Oslo Kåffa J16 could be found in Group 3 together with Åndalsnes IF, Elverum Fotball J16 and Tertnes Fotball Damer.
KFUM-Kam. Oslo Kåffa J16 continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Nord, SK - Fotball with 1-3. In the Final, Gimletroll, IK-Fotball won over Sogndal IL and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 16 - born 2003- 11 aside. KFUM-Kam.
