In addition to Korsgård IF, 51 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 13/14 - born 2005 - 7 aside. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Korsgård IF could be found in Group 10 together with Averøy Fotball, Sotra Sportsklubb Blå, Tornado Måløy FK and Lesja IL Dombås/Lesja.

Korsgård IF continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Jinshan Shanghai with 0-9. In the Final, Sotra Sportsklubb Blå won over Jinshan Shanghai and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 13/14 - born 2005 - 7 aside.

Korsgård IF also participated in Girls 13 - born 2005 - 9 aside during Norway Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in G13 Playoff A, but lost it against Nordstrand IF with 0-2.
