In addition to Surnadal, 117 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 16 - born 2003 - 11 aside. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Surnadal /Søya/Todalen could be found in Group 20 together with Kongsvinger IL Fotball, Vestsiden-Askøy IL 1 and Rennebu IL.

Surnadal /Søya/Todalen continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Gjerpen IF Allianse with 0-1. In the Final, Korsvoll IL won over Mosjøen IL 1 and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 16 - born 2003 - 11 aside.
