Loftahammars IF was one of 246 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017. They participated with one team in Herr Motion.

In addition to Loftahammars IF, 41 other teams played in Herr Motion. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Loftahammars IF could be found in Group 6 together with Mormors Lejon , Armynia and 073-829 97 96 .

Loftahammars IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against förstaklass with 1-2. In the Final, Böglarehults IF won over Hjältar som Tältar and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr Motion.

Loftahammars IF also participated in Herr Motion during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in HM A-Slutspel, but lost it against Jelzin United with 0-1.

Loftahammars originates from Åhus, which is the same city as where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Åhus does also provide 69 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017 (Among others: Fc Marre, Pappa's flickor, IFK Knislinge, Fjälkinge IF, Åhus Horna BK, Ottos Glass, Hanaskogs IS, Børnes Magasin, Samba med Svennis and Lanzarote 27).
