BK Solstråle was one of 246 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017. They participated with one team in Herr Motion.
In addition to BK Solstråle, 41 other teams played in Herr Motion. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof BK Solstråle could be found in Group 4 together with Träbenen , Papi Chulos and Flames BK . BK Solstråle continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vanneberga IF with 1-2. In the Final, Papi Chulos won over Mårtens Boyz and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herr Motion. BK Solstråle also participated in Herr Motion during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in HM A-Slutspel, but lost it against Andralaget with 1-4. Solstråle comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place.
