Strandmaskarna H17-19Ö

Strandmaskarna was one of 249 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2019. They participated with one team in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

In addition to Strandmaskarna, 56 other teams played in Herr 17-19 Öppen. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Strandmaskarna could be found in Group 4 together with Topless , General FC , Dipphuvena , Egenääääben , Team Joza , Eliten 2.6 , FC Oförutsägbara , Hummus and Lukas söner .

Strandmaskarna continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Saftblandarna with 2-5. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna won over ALLA AKTAR and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

Strandmaskarna comes from Stockholm which lies approximately 460 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Stockholm does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2019 (Among others: FC ÖL, Danderyds SK, BK Maskin, Berga Helldogs, Tantolundens Beach Soccer Club, Arvids Vänner, IF Brommapojkarna, IK Frej Täby, Stress i Dress and Örby IS).
