Punan IS was one of 270 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024. They participated with one team in Dam Senior Öppen.

In addition to Punan IS, 23 other teams played in Dam Senior Öppen. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Punan IS could be found in Group 1 together with 10 arga kvinnor , GÖINGETÖSERNA , Bäst före 24 , Systembo Laget , FFB , Guys and ABZOLUT .

Punan IS continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Guys with 0-3. In the Final, Las presidentas won over Bäst före 24 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Dam Senior Öppen.

Punan IS comes from Osby which lies approximately 55 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Osby does also provide 49 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024 (Among others: Ovik SK, Vinnö IF/Önnestad BoIF, Winnö Beachies, Prizze FC, Pjätteryds GOIF, Henkes Pågar, Pleps Mannar, Näsby IF, Guys and Mammaspågar).
