GS 86 AIF was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 00.

In addition to GS 86 AIF, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 00. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof GS 86 AIF could be found in Group A together with Warberg IBF, Hofterups IBF and Ik Zenith.

GS 86 AIF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Herrestads AIF with 3-6. In the Final, Skoghalls IBK won over Herrestads AIF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 00.

GS 86 AIF also participated in Pojkar 00 during Warbergsspelen 2015. They reached the Semi final in P00 Slutspel A, but lost it against Herrestads AIF with 1-3.

GS 86 AIF comes from Forshaga which lies approximately 280 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Forshaga does also provide four additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (GS86, Karlstad IBF, BK VÅLBERG and Skoghalls IBK).
