IBK Husar was one of 113 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with one team in Pojkar 01.

In addition to IBK Husar, 8 other teams played in Pojkar 01. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Husar could be found in Group B together with Warberg IBF, Fröjereds IF and Willands IBK.

IBK Husar continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Tygriket 99 with 1-2. In the Final, IBK Tygriket 99 won over IBK Landskrona and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 01.

IBK Husar comes from Eksjö which lies approximately 170 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Eksjö does also provide two additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2018 (Forserums IF and Nässjö IBF).
