Östergötland was one of 22 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during SverigeCupen 2016. They participated with two teams in Pojkar and Flickor respectively. Two teams played until 11-12 in Main Round A; Pojkar lost against Södermanland by 16-23 and Flickor lost against Uppland by 15-16.
