Umedalens IF was one of 14 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nordic Invitational Cup 2018. They participated with one team in G14 - Girls born 2004.
In addition to Umedalens IF, 15 other teams played in G14 - Girls born 2004. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Umedalens IF could be found in Group D together with Tyresö FF, Stuvsta IF and Eskilstuna United. Umedalens IF continued to Playoffs A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Nacka FC with 1-3. In the Final, Nacka FC won over Tyresö FF and became the winner of Playoffs A in G14 - Girls born 2004.
