In addition to Kvarnsvedens IK, 10 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kvarnsvedens IK could be found in Group A together with IFK Lindesberg, Västanfors IF FK, Ulvåkers IF 1, BK Forward F09 and Rynninge / Syrianska.

Kvarnsvedens IK made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Rynninge / Syrianska with 0-1. Thereby Kvarnsvedens IK finished second in F13 Slutspel A during Forwardcupen 2022.
