AIK was one of 57 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Forwardcupen 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 14.

In addition to AIK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof AIK could be found in Group A together with IF Eker, Ulvåkers IF Ulvåker/Väring Röd, IF Tunabro, Korsnäs IF and Krokeks if.

AIK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ulvåkers IF Ulvåker/Väring Svart with 2-3. In the Final, Hvetlanda GIF won over Ulvåkers IF Ulvåker/Väring Svart and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 14.

AIK comes from Solna which lies approximately 160 km from Örebro, where Forwardcupen takes place.
