Laxå IF was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2018. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 13 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Karlslunds IF HFK Blå by 1-1.
In addition to this, Laxå IF have participated in ÖrebroCupen Inomhus before. During ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2017, Laxå had two teams playing in Pojkar 12 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Örebro SK 1 U1 by 0-3. Laxå comes from Laxå which lies approximately 47 km from Örebro, where ÖrebroCupen Inomhus takes place.
