Örebro Syrianska was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2018. They participated with 6 teams in Pojkar 10, Pojkar 13, Pojkar 14, Flickor 10/11 and Flickor 12/13 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Aand won it over Örebro SK Svart U by 4-3.

Örebro Syrianska originates from Örebro, which is the same city as where ÖrebroCupen Inomhus takes place. The area around Örebro does also provide 36 additional clubs participating during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2018 (Among others: Örebro SK Vit, Latorps IF, Fjugesta IF, Karlslund HFK, Rynninge IK, Glanshammars IF, Örebro SK, Adolfsberg IK/Lillån FK Vit, Adolfsbergs IK Svart and BK Ettfyra).
