In addition to the three Adolfsbergs teams, 12 other teams played in Flickor 12/13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Adolfsbergs IK 1 could be found in Group A together with Örebro Syrianska, Skärblacka IF, Rynninge IK or Örebro SK F06 Vit.
Adolfsbergs IK 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against KIF Örebro DFF F-05 Blå with 3-5. Thereby Adolfsbergs IK 1 finished second in F12/13 Slutspel A during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2018. Adolfsbergs IK also participated in Flickor 12/13 during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2017.
