In addition to the two Adolfsbergs teams, 10 other teams played in Flickor 12/13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Adolfsbergs IK Svart could be found in Group B together with Örebro Syrianska IF, Örebro SK Vit, BK Ettfyra, RIK/BIK and Vivalla SK.

Adolfsbergs IK Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against RIK/BIK /HBK/DIF U with 0-4. In the Final, RIK/BIK /HBK/DIF U won over RIK/BIK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 12/13.
