In addition to IFK Kumla, 22 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kumla could be found in Group C together with Karlslunds IF HFK /IK Sturehov RÖD, Adolfsbergs IK Svart, BK Forward Gul, Örebro SK 2 /BK EttFyra and Hertzöga BK.

IFK Kumla made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against BK Forward Gul with 5-6. Thereby IFK Kumla finished second in P13 Slutspel A during ÖrebroCupen Inomhus 2019.
