In addition to the three Karlslunds FK teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (födda 2009). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Karlslunds IF FK Blå could be found in Group C together with Hertzöga BK Gul, Haupa 2, IF Eker Vit, Adolfsbergs IK Svart and Örebro Syrianska Ungdom.

Karlslunds IF FK Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IF Eker 1 with 1-2. In the Final, IF Eker 1 won over Karlslunds IF FK Vit and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13 (födda 2009).
