In addition to the two FIFH Malmö teams, 6 other teams played in 7-manna Nivå 2. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FIFH Malmö Röd could be found in Group A together with Nybygget Lag 1, Halmstad BK B and Roslagen SOL.

FIFH Malmö Röd made it to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstad BK B, which they won with 6-5. Thereby FIFH Malmö Röd won the entire Slutspel A in 7-manna Nivå 2 during Special Olympics Games 2018.
