Frölunda IBK was one of 141 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Linköping Floorball Games 2018. They participated with one team in Pojkar Röd A (f.2001-2002).

In addition to Frölunda IBK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2001-2002). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Frölunda IBK could be found in Group B together with Linköping IBK Ungdom IBK P02 Vit, IBF Roslagsalliansen and Hovshaga AIF.

Frölunda IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hovshaga AIF with 1-6. In the Final, Hovshaga AIF won over Partille IBS and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd A (f.2001-2002).
