In addition to Nykvarns IF, 31 other teams from 4 different countries played in Pojkar Röd C (f.2003-2004). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Nykvarns IF P04 Svart could be found in Group F together with Ale IBF, Linköping IBK Ungdom P03:31 Svart and Pixbo Walllenstam P04 Röd Wallenstam P04 Röd.

Nykvarns IF P04 Svart continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stöpen IBK with 3-5. In the Final, Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK won over FBC Lerum and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd C (f.2003-2004).
