In addition to the two Örebro innebandy teams, 22 other teams played in Pojkar Röd G (f.2006-2007) 12-14/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Örebro innebandy 1 could be found in Group D together with Linköping IBK Ungdom P0668, Öjaby Sport IBK and Sköndals IK.

Örebro innebandy 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK ARBOGA IBK with 4-5. In the Final, Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 Svart won over Stöpen Ibk and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd G (f.2006-2007) 12-14/4.
