In addition to the two Lillån IBK teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2002-2003) 5-7/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lillån IBK Grön could be found in Group A together with Gantesbo IBK, Linköping IBK Ungdom P02 and Skoghalls IBK Blå.

Lillån IBK Grön continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kfum falun p02 with 1-2. In the Final, Westervik IBK won over Kfum falun p02 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd A (f.2002-2003) 5-7/4.
