In addition to Nordmarkens IBF, 31 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2003-2004) 12-14/4. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Nordmarkens IBF could be found in Group G together with Bergs IK P04, AC HaKi pojat 03 and Sundsvall City.

Nordmarkens IBF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P04:41 with 0-1. In the Final, Täby FC won over Borensberg IBC and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2003-2004) 12-14/4.
