In addition to the three Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar Röd E (f.2008) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 could be found in Group C together with Westerviks IBK, Täby FC Östra and Sigtuna IF Blå.

Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tillberga IK Roosters with 1-2. Thereby Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 finished second in PRE Slutspel B during Linköping Floorball Games 2022.
