In addition to Sigtuna IF, 11 other teams played in Pojkar Röd F (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sigtuna IF Blå could be found in Group C together with IBF Älvstranden Svart, Sävsjö IBK and Torshälla IBK.

Sigtuna IF Blå continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Onsala IBK with 0-5. In the Final, Vallentuna IBK won over Westerviks IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd F (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4.
