In addition to Bergs IK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd H (f.2009-2010) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bergs IK could be found in Group C together with Nacka IBK P10 #1, Torshälla IBK and IBK Bergum P08/09.

Bergs IK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Öjaby Sport IBK with 2-4. In the Final, Öjaby Sport IBK won over Hagfors IBS and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd H (f.2009-2010) 1-3/4.
