In addition to Sävsjö IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C (f.2007) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Sävsjö IBK could be found in Group B together with Storvreta IBK Röd, Umeå City P07 and Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77.

Sävsjö IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Onyx IBS with 1-2. In the Final, Storvreta IBK Röd won over Onyx IBS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd C (f.2007) 1-3/4.
