In addition to Älvsjö AIK, 11 other teams played in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Älvsjö AIK could be found in Group A together with Ekängens IF Linghems SK, Vimmerby Ibk Röd D and Endre IF.

Älvsjö AIK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hovslätts IK with 0-6. In the Final, Hovslätts IK won over Ekängens IF Linghems SK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor Röd D (f.2008-2009) 1-3/4.
